(1) Create a feedback look with Blaine Administration + DEI Community (share out on all the good work that is being done)
(2) Work through the best way to support students + teachers when incidents occur
(1) Launch DEI Spirit-wear in collaboration with Blaine Administration, that the whole school gets to enjoy!
(2) Host regular 'DEI Meet-ups' to get to know other members of Blaines diverse community (have an idea...share it!)
(3) Be open + listen to all voices - create a space that is safe for Blaine community members to bring issues to the table
Increase DEI committee members and collaborate with other DEI minded speakers or committees!
